Fero... as you hit the bottom of the stairs, you run smack into Shades, knocking her back a step...


Shades... ditto, you inch forward and run smack into Fero's chest, setting him back a step


Koda... the hallway behind the altar is open and lined with torches... from the hallway, you can catch the faint and wavering smell of an animal (Sorry Fero ~L~) of sorts... the two women with you stand behind and on either side, waiting for word from you.
