BB, You are right when you say CA and NY are in need of people. I had a friend who graduated from UND, was offered CMA in CA, turned it down and was sent to EWR, opposited sides of the US. The best advice I can give you is put in OK for the state you want to go to, then go to OKC tower and meet the manager, and reuest you be sent there. Another thing you can do is talk to the NATCA rep there and see what he/she can do. But I would have to say putting down CA or NY as one of your states would be a bad idea, yes you may be selected faster, but there is no gaurntee you will be able to go to OKC. Good luck
