You did the right thing by sending your resume to Melissa. She is the main hiring HR person and is extremly busy so she can be hard to get a hold of. Last I heard the next class was starting in June. I would try getting a hold of her by email or call her to see when they are doing interviews for the next class. If you are selected go to one of the 3 hubs they have a new system for trainees. You will start out just working Notams for 6 months before begining training for fight data, preflight, and inflight. We have been hiring tons of people and it will likely continue for quite a while. A lot of the workforce is still close to retirement or already retird from the FAA and just working as temps.
