Housing is pretty widely available. Walnut Gardens, Meridian Mansions, and Apple Tree are the popular single room FAA approved housing places. They're 35-40 per night. The Fairways are supposedly very nice, but they require a car (15 minute drive), and are only available at 60/night for a two bed/two bath, which comes out to 30/night if you can find a roommate.
