guess what? As of today it's 29 so far. Pounds that is :)

Pity I was so fat to begin with that you can hardly tell a difference just by looking at me (at least I'm assuming so, based upon the lack of detection by my co-workers. But I excuse them for it, because I wear scrubs there, and they're all really very non-observant people), but I feel stronger, I've got more energy, and I can see a difference in my pics from day 1 and day 30. So yay! It's slow going, but it's working.
