and you're right, there were echoes of previous NES's and old chats in there. I felt it added more weight to the overall thing. And I haveta say I was a bit surprised to find you being the first one to reply (I figured as soon as you saw 'NES' in my subject, you'd avoid reading it at all costs;) But I'm very thankful for your reply (and anyone else's replies I may yet get) and the fact you liked it (and weren't just mildly amused;) makes it worth it. I dunno where the idea for doing it originated from but I did wanna use my POTC parody somewhere. It just turned out to fit better in this thing than it would in another short story. I hope others read it too. I tried to put something amusing in there for everyone:)
