Subject: hm. **(buffy spoilers for 2nd-to-last episode that i just saw)**

i'm annoyed. i mean, i'm all for buffy and angel getting together again (ending up together, rather), but not like this.

i hate the way they're having everyone act other than i think they would to suit their purposes. they've got Giles deliberately lying to and misleading Buffy to get Spike killed (while I think he was sincere in believing that Spike was a threat, and should be kept immoble, I don't believe he would have been on the kill-him train), and now Buffy and Angel are smooching (and that was no hello kiss) even though last I heard Angel still had fuzzy feelings for Cordelia, and Buffy and Spike have had this thing going on for the past two years, and just spent the best night of his life together. I realize they needed something to trigger whatever's going to happen with Spike, but I'm just not buying Buffy and Angel passionately making out like that, considering the way they've had totally separate lives for the past four years.

I woulda liked a little story leading up to it, damnit! *shakes fist impotently, and seriously likes our season 7 way better than Joss's*
