Hee. No, it didn't, thank Braca. John, Aeryn, and presumably the baby got reduced to a pile of rubble at the end of the season. Yay! J and A would've been brought back in one way or another in s5, of course, and I can only hope that the baby wouldn't have been. And that everyone would have their memories wiped in regards to the baby's existence, and we could all just happily forget about it. Sure, I hate people just wiping the slate clean like that, but in this case, I'd happily accept it.

And there was an ep where Aeryn got kidnapped by the Scarrans, and they were going to experiment on her baby, blah, blah, blah. Like we didn't know there was going to be baby-in-danger shit from the moment we first found out she was pregnant. Gag. And then the Scarrans wanted to inject the foetus into Chiana for some reason I can't remember (repression is a good thing), but they didn't. Seriously, I don't know *what* the fuck the writers were on this season. But the Aeryn/Scarrans episode blew. Justin Monjo is a very up-and-down writer, and this season, his episodes were down. Only good thing he managed to do this year (well, okay, I enjoyed Kansas, but it wasn't a great episode... and I know you hated it *g*) was work some sort of slash into every ep. Best thing about the Aeryn ep was a scene where John and Scorpy were drinking each other's blood (even though it didn't make a huge amount of sense). Especially since Scorpy's blood looks disturbingly like, well, semen. Hee. But otherwise? Shame on you, Monj. I can't believe he got to write four eps, whereas Ricky only wrote two. Hmph. And there were too many new writers this season. I didn't recognise half the writing credits. Bah! You can't bring that many new people on at this stage of such a complex show, and expect them all to "get" it.

Heh. I have issues. *g*
