Uh, of weight to have lost. When one is doing it sensibly. [that looks like it's spelled wrong]. They say that when one starts to lose weight that it's good/healthy/normal to lose about up to 5lbs the first week and then anywhere from half a lb to 2lbs every following week. Or maybe every two weeks. *can't quite remember*

I think I just need to start exercising and cutting back on the junk food. I would love to go on a diet of sorts but with the my living suitation, I can't really afford to. Kinda just have to eat what's infront of me.

I've got a few work out tapes that are on way in the back. I did them a few times way back when but yeah..I don't think I'm a workout video person.
