alright, first off.. being more detailed would help.
you have to get her in the mood first.. music, candles.. idk.. whatever she likes.. start with kissing moving into making out. kissing her neck, and whispering things in her ear can really get her into it. remember.. you have to wait for HER! playing with her breasts is a real positive also. then you should run your hand along her inner thigh really sensually.. if she's getting really into it you can probably put your hand down her panties and lightly rub her. depending on how wet she is (if not lick your index and middle fingers and rub along her clit.
