Subject: how can i stop it hurting

I am a 13 year old girl and I recently lost my virginity to my 16 year old boyfriend. He is fairly big in length and very thick in width.
It was absolute agony as he took me he really had to force it in and I could feel myself ripping inside. He lasted about 40 min and I was bleeding loads when he pulled out. As he has told me I need to do it lots to get used to it I have reluctantly let him do it almost every day, it is still agony how can I make it hurt lesd?
