Why do you have to do anything?

I would think very hard and carefully before you talked to any of your friends about this. Secrets have a way of becoming gossip.

It is hard to give any constructive advice as you give very few details about yourself or why you think you are gay. I can understand that you would not want to give to much personal information here and open yourself to ridicule and homophobic comments, like the ones already posted.

If you have undersatanding and supportive parents you may want to talk to them.
