12 seconds is a bullshit answer, it could take you anywhere from 5 seconds to 5 min before you ejaculate (cum), and as for the hole sperm thing, your not born with it! it is made in your testicles (balls) when you reach puberty. So if you have sperm you have started pubery, and its probably time you started masterbating.
