Subject: i havent gotten my period yet

i am going on 14 and i still havent gotten my period... i am not worried about me being 14 but it is the fact that my mom got her's when she was 9... so arnt you supposed to get it around the same time? also all of my friends r "developt" but i am not i am just flat... well not completely but i still wear a size 32 A and i got the smallest butt you have ever seen and it is soo weird cuz arnt you supposed to get developt? i need some answers so please write back
