Subject: Out of Control

I am a mother of two sons, one is 10 and one is 14. Lately my 14 year old has been waking up with vulgar erections. He is going through puberty so his penis is growing a lot and I think his size is getting to the point where he really needs to wear a jock strap or something because every morning I see a huge bulge in his pants and it upsets me. Should I confront him about it or live with it?
