Boa tarde,

Tamb�m sou comprador de uma moradia na 1� fase (contrato celebrado em Nov 2001) e j� me deram por 5 ou 6 vezes informa��es falsas sobre a entrega da moradia (a �ltima seria para o m�s de Maio 2005), como n�o responderam a nenhuma carta que eu e o meu advogado enviamos, inclus�ve, tamb�m n�o comunicaram a altera��o da morada da sede da Pelicano.

Neste momento j� s� estou � espera que n�o me entreguem a casa at� Agosto para exigir a restitui��o do pagamento do sinal em dobro.
A minha d�vida � saber se este processo ser� muito demorado (at� receber efectivamente o dinheiro).
