Alguma coisa est� errada. Primero decidem quem vai tomar conta do ATL e depois fazem um protocolo??????
Ent�o a decisao nao foi l�cita, j� que na altura em que se deu a reuni�o, a APEE ainda n�o tinha protocolado que era respons�vel por aquele espa�o.
Olhe que isto n�o � para por em causa o que a APEE quer ou n�o fazer, se tem boas inten��es ou n�o. S� acho � que deve ser tudo legal, para se saber a quem se pede satisfa��es.
