I am reminded of the book by Erich Maria Remarque: "All quiet on the western front" and the subsequent film/movie/picture; it's about the experiences of a German soldier in World War One. War is hell, now even for many innocent civilians, and unfortunately it is much easier to send unpersonned vehicles to other planets and beyond than it is to come up with non-violent solutions to conflicts. And we think we are a "civilized" society?
