Subject: So where were you when the world stopped turning?

A strong hand ran over a recently shaved head as the young man stood at the door, patiently, well, not so patiently, waiting for his brother to answer. Their father wanted all the boys there that morning for a 'meeting' and Dante had been neglecting to answer his cell, so here was Dom - always the messenger. With a growl he knocked again, harder this time.

He awoke slowly, and reluctantly to the knocking. With a low groan of irritation, he rolled carefully out of bed - trying not to disturb Sienna - and pulled on a pair of sweats as he headed to the door - pulling it open with a dozey yawn and running his fingers through his disheveled hair. Dom knew how to get the information he wanted, and he was good at what he did. Subtly he raised his voice,eyeing his brother with a level gaze. "Bring home another girl from the club dante? His gaze drifted for just a moment to sweet the apartment carefully, his eyes narrowing on the italian horn necklace that Sienna had slipped off, letting it lie on the table. He lowered his voice again, his arms crossing heavily. That silenced him promptly - while he would have been able to leave his family and run away with Sienna, he didn't know if he could deal with his family disowning him. The door slammed behind him - Dom heading out to work out - he needed to get some stress out of his system. She was sitting on the bed, tears running down her face. "In my family, the girls aren't that important, just someone to marry off. We are loved, yes, but not important..." She paused to look at him.
