Although almost all of us are not professionals we sometimes may have even better knowledge and practical experience in some aspects. If we are really something and can provide some "more (beyond their expectation or imagination) professinal comments, we will definitely gain their respects and build up more of our dignity. I deeply believe that every one of our respectful site staff MUST have some special knowledge or unique point of view on some particular diciplines of installations. Sometimes it is subject to how open our mind is in contributing them to our work generously. Therefore I would take this opportunity to encourage all of our site staff to show off our abilities in dealing with the challenges instead of rejecting them. When I was in New Works Division I enjoyed the chance in drafting comments on the consultants' rubbbish submissions where they might think that I had really made them "No Face". ( Please excuse me on typing the message in English because I don't have a Chinese writing pad)
