Subject: Hi Louise! Oh, you do a terrific job so you have absolutely NOTHING to apologize for! You're a real gem. I don't know the first thing about maintaining a website...it just boggles my mind trying to comprehend it. You should pat yourself on the back! We'd be lost without all your hard work!
