1. Throughout the whole sonnet Shakespeare describes this women who to him is not very beautiful, then in the last couplet he says his "love is rare" which shows that he still loved the women despite her faults.
2. Shakespeare mocks the traditional sonnet by not using Iambic Pentameter.
