Ahh.. good that you filled up.. The upper sensor will show cold if the level drops too low..

Middle of the range is still a little high so you may have an air pocket somewhere. Also check the fill bottle under the left side silver panel, make sure thats at least mid way.. Also check the pipes are not crimped or crushed. There is an overflow one at the top of the bottle by the fill cap and one at the bottom of the bottle that comes from the fill cap over the radiator. Should be able to wiggle is to make sure its not trapped.
Engine ICE coolant works well, A little more expensive but its good.
