sorry for the delay , my computer has been down, To double check the shop saying it is the starter clutch you could remove the starter as you have replaced one already and stick your finger in the engine where starter is and that is the starter clutch, it shouuld only turn one way, if it is bad it will turn both ways. If starter clutch is going bad it will not catch with a weak battery. A new, fully charged battery will possibly work if you keep it fully charged, but replacing it would be the correct way to go and finding someone that can do it would be hard, as I said, Contact Carl he is your best bet. I do not know where your located? Carl is near Daytona Beach Fl. Perhaps we could find someone near you that someone knows that can do the job, but it is engine out and split the cases just to replace the starter clutch. Most dealers won't even know what a Voyager is. If somehow you could get Carl to do it is your best option. Give him a call he may be able to come up with something else..
