I've been riding 1000+ cc Kawasaki's for 30 years now and would not trust my life with a cheap tire on a big heavy touring motorcycle. We only have two tires. That's just my opinion. I've use Conti Tour tires in the past (KZ1000 and 1100) with good results. Dunlop II and III on my Voyager with good results other than my habit of picking up 20D common nails. I just switched over the Metzler for the rear. Just under 10K so far and looking good.

I have heard of Duro and would use them on other vehicles like my ATV or wheel barrel if the price were right.
