the rear frame sub-assembly needs removal along with all of the associated gear: that's the short of the manual approach.
www.zg1200.com has all of the manuals on line.
However, if I remember correctly, if you remove all the rubber mounts there may be enough clearance under the tank to replace the line. It is a h@*% of a space to try to get into but it can be done by very gently using hemostats and or round grip pliers
