No, la compañía que desde su inicio tiene los derechos sobre el nombre "Hulk" es "Marvel".

Hogan y WWF obtuvieron el permiso (pagando) de "Marvel" para que el Hulkster utilizara ese nombre en WWF.

Cuando Hogan pasó a WCW, WCW pagó para obtener el derecho de utilizar ese nombre.

Hogan puede utilizar cuando quiera ese nombre, siempre y cuando pague para obtener el permiso de "Marvel".
