La lesión de Benoit fue muy seria y la operación no fue sencilla, así que el tiempo de recuperación ha tenido que ser bastante.

Benoit anunció que luchará durante algunas semanas en HWA (uno de los centros de desarrollo de talentos de WWF) para irse "calentando".

También ha dicho que posiblemente vuelva a luchar en WWF en mayo, si todo sale bien.
