Primeramente, el bajón que ha tenido WWF inició mucho antes del 11 de septiembre. Tal vez eso ahora haya tenido algo que ver, pero no es el motivo principal.

Con relación a Wrestlemania X8, el éxito que está teniendo ese show sí se puede explicar.

Recuerda que los ratings de WWF, los que más importan y que se reportan, son los de Estados Unidos. En Canadá tal vez los ratings no hayan bajado tanto.

Además, WWF no va mucho a Canadá, así que cuando llevan un show allá y más aún siendo un Wrestlemania, tienes grandes posibilidades de ser todo un éxito. Recuerda que es la única organización grande que tienen oportunidad los canadienses de ver en vivo (un show).

Sí, es caro llevar el show allá, pero recuerda que ahora WWF quiere expandir su proyección en el mercado internacional el próximo año.

Además, también recuerda que el año pasado, WCW estaba marcando ratings de menos de 3.0 y la organización se fue a hacer un tour a Australia y allá todos los shows fueron llenos completos. También fueron a Inglaterra y también tuvieron llenos completos.

Así que el éxito o el fracaso internacional de una compañía, no tiene que ser necesariamente el mismo que la compañía tenga en Estados Unidos.

En mi opinión también es el mejor PPV que hay y el que más espectación levanta.
