Es una hipersecreción de la hormona de crecimiento en la edad adulta.

Lo que causa un crecimiento anormal de los huesos. Se podía notar más en el rostro de Andre The Giant y lo pudes notar en el rostro del Gigante González, además de otras partes de su cuerpo.
