Reg.: 10:00 till 10:45 Pageant starts at 11:00
Age Divisions:
0-23 m, 2-3 yrs., 4-5 yrs., 6-7 yrs., 8-9 yrs., 10-12 yrs., and 13-up
Age Division Queen: Contestants compete in pageant dress or Sunday best. There will be one Queen and two alternates in each age group. Queens will receive a beautiful crown, monogrammed banner, and a nice gift. Judges are looking for a beautiful face and personality!! No prior pageant experience necessary!! All contestants will be awarded for their effort and receive a princess sash, nice gift, and 2 tickets to the festival. Most Beautiful, Best Personality, and Best Fashion will also be awarded in each age group.
Overall Queen: The highest scoring contestant in the pageant will be named Overall Miss Balloons Over Hugo and will receive a large, beautiful crown, monogrammed banner, nice gift, and $100 Savings Bond.
