Wait a minute...
I'd like to add some that are on this list. (amd also I would like to remove Jackass the Movie.)
In no particular order.

1. Clerks. So funny that when I first saw it I had to keep rewinding it because I couldn't hear what was going on.
2. Blazing Saddles. The one movie that Mel Brooks has copied ever since. "It's Twue. It's Twue."
3. Blues Brothers. "Oh, we like both kinds here. Country AND western."
4. The Waterboy. Especially the part where... Oh, crap. I mean, The Neighbors starring Belushi and Akroyd.
5. And now one for the kiddies... The Great Muppet Caper.

HONORABLE MENTIONS
Gone With The Wind. Me Ma said, "That's the first cuss word we ever go to hear in a movie and we had to wait two and a half hours to hear it." Plus Scarlett O'Hara was just vile.

Fiddler On The Roof. Any movie that can still make me laugh after the number of times that I have see that one is good.

Ghostbusters 1 AND 2! Both are good. If anyone tells you different, then they are liars.

Rocky Horror Picture Show. That's only funny to see in the theater. Your friends get really scared and say that they aren't going to sit next to you next time.
