I think the best thing you can do is show your bf that you Trust him. I know it's hard and this girl is shady... but you will honestly come off as an amazing gf if you keep your head up, keep confident and show this loser ex-girlfriend of his that you are CONFIDENT enough with your relationship that she's just a bump in the road... you don't care about her. I'm not saying go in this blindly, but you're guy will appreciate you and love you so much if he feels like you completely trust him and you're not paranoid. Keep your eyes open and welcome gossip... I know that sounds horrible, but it's true... listen to people when and if they hear things about him/her. And also...(I know you're gonna hate me for this!!!) BUT... do you know his e-mail password?? I sound like a sneaky, dis-honest person right now... but maybe if you could see what he is saying to her through e-mails, you might have a peace of mind...knowing that he really can't stand her, and he's being honest!! I don't know, that's my two cents! :)
