In all my years of playing sport and refereeing I do not think I have ever come across such a blatant che.t. He managed to ruin a good game by his actions.
His calling for no balls before the bowler had released the ball or crossed the crease was beyond belief. As for not allowing his team mates to umpire said it all.

If it was not a friendly league I would be tempted to ask the club to write in expressing our concerns . Whenever they bat first they will win as Captain Cave Man will make sure of it.

Question.. When is a caught behind not a caught behind. When the oppositions Captain is the umpire. Poor Gary Lee needed ear protectors to muffle the sound of the ball hitting the bat.

Did we check the overs bowled ... If Bob had bowled out that is 12 , symo 10 , Robert 6, Kevin 6 , Balti 6 , Andy 1 .... thats 41
