My name is Dave from Dave's Xena Fever web site. You may have noticed I havent updated in a few months & thats due to being very busy. But the last two weeks I have tried & I keep on getting this msg which wont let me update my page. I was hoping that if any of you have AOL & know anything about easy designer can u please help me??? I have tried everything it says to fix the problem & it still wont fix....So if anyone can try helping me then please email me....I have tried what is written below...

There are several possible causes that can result in the inability to launch Easy Designer:

1. You do not meet the minimum system requirements to run Easy Designer. To use Easy Designer, we require:
- Windows 95 or above (We do not yet support MacOS, Window 3.1,
Windows NT, or Windows CE).
- Internet Explorer 4.0 or above, Windows AOL 4.0 or above.
- 16MB RAM (32MB or more strongly recommended).
- 14.4kbps or faster connection (28.8 or faster strongly recommended).
- 640x480, 256 colors or better screen (optimized for 800x600).
- 30MB or more free hard disk space.
- Pentium-class processor.

2. Your Browser's preferences are set to High Security or to Disable Java:
AOL users -- Select Preferences from the My AOL drop down on their toolbar and then click on WWW. On the resulting page, click on the Security tab and then on Custom Level. Scroll down to the Java section and make sure that you do not have Java disabled or set to High Safety.

MSIE users -- Select Internet Options item under the Tool or View menu (depending on your version of MSIE), click on the Security tab and then on Custom Level (Settings). In the Java section, make sure that you do not have Java disabled or set to High Safety.

3. You Have Low System Resources.
If you have low system resources (below 70%), you may experience problems launching The Tool. To check your System Resources, click on your Windows Start menu, select Settings, and then Control Panels. Next, select System and click on the Performance tab. Your available system resources will be listed on the resulting page. If your system resources are below 70%, we recommend that you close all other unrelated applications before using this tool. If you continue to experience problems, be sure to restart your computer to free up all resources available or consider adding more RAM to your computer.

4. You Need to Update Your Browser's Java Virtual Machine(JVM).
To download an update for your JVM, go to http://www.microsoft.com/java
