P&C Adoption Center
You leave Malika and through two clear, glass doors. Cages line the walls, each boasting a clear packet with the info and documents on the animal inside. The animals seemed roughly grouped like dogs near dogs and cats near cats but there is no real order. A rough-looking man sits at the "counter", his nose buried in some car and motorcycle magazine. He gives you a grunt of acknowledgement and turns the page.
