充足的睡眠?
休息是很需要的, 人不是機器...
要對自己好一點(這是我的口頭禪, 呵呵)
還要定時吃維他命, 這是真的, 不要以為食物中有就可以了,
每天都補給一下就會更好, 我現在都是每天都有吃維他命E的,
也是醫生建議的哦!

希望姑娘們都是健康快樂的!
