we have had luck "icing" the eye - use a bag of frozen veggies - tuck the gland back into place with clean hands and ice it - 15 minutes on, 1/2 hour off. If it is an "old" pop this may not work, but if has happened recently (i.e. within 24 hours) it has worked for us about 50% of the time.
