CROSS POST AKC

The AKC has just contacted us with the official word that on Tuesday, January 13, the AKC Board of Directors voted to admit the Neapolitan Mastiff to the Working Group effective July 1, 2004. The United Stated Neapllitan Matiff Club is the official AKC Parent Club.
This means that the Neapolitan Mastiff can enter any AKC show on July 1 or afterwards and you will be in the Working Group, and in standard classes.

The AKC Education Department is working very closely with us to adapt our educational materials to their format and distribution.

We still have lots of work ahead of us, but it cannot be denied that the Neapolitan Mastiff has lept a giant hurdle

Only now can the American Bred Mastino be able to take its rightful place in the International World of Purebred dogs!
