ELEMETARY PUPPY 3-6 MONTH

JUNIOR PUPPY 6-12 MONTH

SPECIAL

Elementary Puppy class shall be for dogs at least 3 months of age on the first day of the show and under 6 months.

Junior Puppy class shall be for dogs at least 6 months of age on the first day of the show and under 12 months.

Open class shall be for all dogs 12 months and over.

Special class shall be for all dogs completing their championship.

SHOW TIME TABLE

As much as possible the Club�s Events will commence as per the time listed in each premium. In the event there are Specialty Shows/events held in conjunction with a weekend of shows the times may have to be changed to allow for a smooth running of the shows/events. Where possible times will be published in the Premium List or at the Show Secretary's table at the show.
Attention Foreign Exhibitors.

Due to constantly fluctuating currency rates, it is in your best interest to pay entry fees in Canadian funds. To simplify the process we urge you to purchase bank drafts or money orders payable in Canadian Funds. We will except US currency at the current rates. Your understanding and co-operation is appreciated. Thank you.

For any additional information on the shows and trials contact Mary Ann Nemisz at 613 547- 8198 or Linda Young- Roberts at 905-649 6363. Entries received without proper fee will not be accepted. No Entry will be accepted unless all particulars called for on the entry form are shown thereon. Make all cheques/money orders payable to the Canadian Molosser Association; the club can not assume responsibility for cash sent through the mail.

Entry fees shall NOT be refunded in the event a dog is absent, excused by Veterinarian or Judge, Disqualified, or Barred from competition by action of the club. If because of riots, civil disturbance or other acts beyond the control of the club, it is impossible to open or complete the show, no refund of entry fees will be made. The Canadian Molosser Association will use due care and diligence for the welfare of dogs and exhibitors but will not be responsible for or assume any liability in the event of an accident, or other misfortune, to either dogs, exhibitors or patrons.

In the event that a cheque payable for entry fees is returned NSF there will be a service charge of $20.00 per cheque. Exhibitors must abide by errors made in entering their dogs, regardless of how or by whom the entries were made. Change or cancellation of any entry after closing date and time is prohibited.

NO ENTRY FEES WILL BE RETURNED AFTER THE CLOSING DATE AND TIME.

Dogs may arrive any time prior to their scheduled time for judging. Dogs not required for further judging will be excused. Judges will not wait for any dog holding up a class. Owner/handlers are responsible for the presence of their dogs when their classes are called to be judged. Every effort will be made to accommodate our exhibitors should there be a conflict of judging, however should the conflict not be resolved the exhibitor shall be responsible to have their charges at ring side. Exhibitors are requested to keep the grooming area and crating areas clean and tidy. Dogs not being exhibited or groomed must be crated. If space is at premium exhibitors must remove private exercise pens if requested by the Club.

All dogs that receive qualifying marks will be presented with a Certificate of Achievement.

ADULT SHOWMANSHIP
Best Adult Handler with ribbons to 4th.

NSF Cheques:

Any exhibitor tendering an NSF cheque for payment of entry fees will not be permitted to enter any other shows until all monies due to the club have been paid in full. At the present time our bank charges us $15.00 for processing. This provision to our shows includes any exhibitor who has shown with us in the past.

Camping
Camping is restricted to the north parking lot, on a first come, first served basis. Hydro and Water available. Camping fees with Hydro and Water is $50 for the 3 days. Overflow for 10 campers only will be set up in the west parking lot. Another area is reserved for self-contained RV�s and Trailers (no Hydro or Water here) at a cost of $35 for the 3 days.
Another area is reserved for overnight camping in Tents only. Cost in this area is $15 for the 3 days.
Payment for all camping areas MUST BE MADE UPON ARRIVAL. NOTE: All Campers MUST CHECK IN WITH THE ATTENDANT ON DUTY before setting up. Thank you.
