Subject: Ok people we are planning we need more input. Please be involved.

Annette has been working her but off asking questions and her and I have been cooresponding via email trying to get things set up, we just need to bring it to the board for everyone to see. Let's try not to plan this at the last minute, it should be a huge event for Michigan. Remember this board is for the people invited and associated with the expo. This way we can plan it without a bunch of interference from people wanting certain things. We don't want to get caught up in trying to please everyone.

I will be posting the emails between Annette and I as soon as I hear back from her.

Is this for pageants/vendors in Michigan only? What kind of things do you need me to do? Give me an assignment!

Right now we are trying to figure a date! Any ideas?

So far we have only added systems that are in Michigan and that count is 8 involved so far.
