Mason had Margot sterilized!

He made sure she'll never get pregnant again.

Will told Mason that everything was orchestrated by Hannibal, that Hannibal should be the one he's want to feed to his pigs, and indeed Hannibal hinted at Margot's pregnancy when he was with Mason, but he also looked really angry when he was at the hospital with Will (an excellent silent scene, better than the conversation ones!), so Will might be wrong or just lying and setting a new foe for Hannibal.

I watch the show but obviously not at the depth you two do so I rely on your in-depth conversations about it to catch what I missed before I re-watch.
