No swans though. But I drove down to the pond one Christmas eve a few years ago in a driving rain. I got back to pond and it was covered over with ducks of all kinds and Canadian geese. The whole pond was covered and while the rain had been making most of the noise when I got to the pond all those ducks and geese were raising a cacophony that I could hear even with the windows closed.
