Mine was noodles, cauliflower with a mustard-garlic sauce, some Quorn and zucchini with tomato sauce and cheese. Lemon meringue pie for dessert! Thank goodness for weekends, otherwise I'd hardly have time for long meals.

Busy with stuff around the house and getting the dogs out this weekend. Changing the kitchen tap set again, amazing how this shite breaks so soon after after the warranty expires!
