I think that Joss Whedon and Steven Moffat could do great things together!

I've never before been a fan of The Doctor but this season really clicked for me-the casting is superb and the writing was funny yet keeping in the "ooooo, scary!" tradition. We've slowly been rewatching the episodes (just finished "The Lodger") and I can see how Joss' influence of melding the normal absurdity of everyday life with the extra-normal may have rubbed off on Mr. Moffat.

Not to mention we've got the red-head, the Xander and the intrepid fighter against evil...albeit a very gangly,bow-tie wearing one!

and I think that Matt Smith does a great job but I prefer Ten because he had a darker side and David Tennant is simply irresistible!

That said, Moffat was already the best writer during the RTD era, and I much prefer his vision rather than RTD's sentimentality and plotholes.

Unfortunately, HP ruined David Tennant for me. I see him in anything and I see Barty Crouch Jr....

LOL
