Subject: A little kindness goes a long ways.

I was reading about this story the other day on Reddit, reminds me a lot of how Willow knew to follow Andy and Ali home from school because I am sure they were the first people who showed her a little kindness.

Willow did much the same,admittedly was not a kitten but was close enough to dying to be desperate enough to follow them to the door despite our dogs barking madly at her.
