Is the series based on the French comics I seem to recall from a while ago? That name rings a bell...

Speaking of actors who played vampires, I kinda want to see "Only Lovers Left Alive" in the theater when it comes here-I can't imagine a better pairing than Tilda Swinton and Tom Hiddleston playing long dead lovers. Can you??

It isn't really a vampire movie, even though the leads are vampires. Tilda Swinton, especially, is fantastic as a vampire in it.

It is based on the comic anthology magazine Métal Hurlant, which was known in the US as Heavy Metal.
