Subject: How well can you read facial expressions?

Apparently the more fiction you read, the better you are at interpreting other people's emotions, because fiction often has detailed explanations about how the protagonist feels. Anyway, the NY times has a short quiz to see how good one is:

I scored 31/36... although IMO it's a lot of the styling and photograph perspective contributes to the guesswork!

(I would love to have my father try this, who has made a point of avoiding fiction because "it's not as informative as academic literature". We will never agree on this topic ;) )
