It was quite a storm. Snowed for over a day.

I'm snowed in. Guessing the drift where my lane turns to go down the hill is probably 4 foot deep or more.

Early and heavy snow last year on the Canadian prairies resulted in a really great crop for most every farmer, we've had a drier than normal year on the Island but it's the cold people are talking about. Only supposed to get down to around -8 over the next few days but we're hearing talk of wind chills between -43 to -56 back in Alberta and Saskatchewan.

Andy is at a oceanside resort right now near Jacksonville, Florida and not being a fan of the heat, is complaining because it feels like 34 with the humidity, mind you he's there for work and is spending most of the day inside but it's hard to feel sorry for him, dammit!!

I take it your temps are in Celsius. We're getting down into the single-digits in Fahrenheit over the next few days.
