They do some good Group placings but because they really look best running at 45mph, are not one of the breeds that do a lot of BIS wins. Or at least that's my theory, based on the years I showed in that group.

We're not getting live coverage up here, most likely because it's on one of the sports channels we don't get. Hope to see it sometime soon on Discovery or one of the other pet friendly channels though.

I'm sure the Greyhound was the top of its breed there. But that American Foxhound was just a beautiful dog with a strong gait. I am sure there is some bias in judging. For instance the Bischon won again in the non-sporting group. It's always a Bischon - or rather it seems that way to me.

I fell for a Visla tonight though.

Sadly, one of the few dog breeds I seem to be allergic to-everytime I've touched one, I break out in hives.

NICE looking Dobie bitch took the breed, a quick look at some of the dogs winning today was a little hit or miss for me, some breeds just look a little off to me.

Seems like most all the dogs winning BiS these days are from the toy or terrier group.

Was good to see the OESD win Reserve.
